Tri-Gon Precision, a family owned and operated facility, has provided high precision machining to a diverse line of industries since 1973. Tri-Gon Precision has developed an expertise in the manufacturing of ultra-high precision components utilizing our Swiss CNC Screw Machines, Grinding Capabilities, Laser Machining, Honing, Polishing, and complete secondary capabilities. Close tolerance is our specialty and our capabilities can go as tight as .000020" with surface finishes down to 1 micro-inch.

In our 40+ years of business, Tri-Gon has established and utilizes a tight network of vendors for outsourcing requirements. This includes CNC milling, EDM, waterjet, sheet metal, stamping, heat treat, plating, and other finish requirements. Tri-Gon has teamed up with this network of businesses, working as a team to offer different types of precision machining.  This added value of services contributes to our customer’s Supply Chain Management success by offering more capabilities from one point of contact.

Our quality program is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-Q-9858A with inspection system requirements to MIL-STD-45208A and calibration system requirements to MIL-STD-45662. Written manufacturing, inspection and test procedures will be prepared to supplement drawings and other specifications, as necessary.
