QUALITY STANDARDS

The quality program is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-Q-9858A with inspection system requirements to MIL-STD-45208A and calibration system requirements to MIL-STD-45662.

The quality control system is designed to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a policy that will produce continued levels of quality.

The quality control system employs controls throughout the business; from receipt of customer order to the delivery and use of the products.

Written manufacturing, inspection and test procedures will be prepared to supplement drawings and other specifications, as necessary.

Upon request at time of order 'In Process' or 'SPC' data is available along with Certification of Compliance, Material Certifications, and Secondary Certifications. Tri-Gon Precision is able to provide Final Inspection Reports or Charts from this data upon request.

Tri-Gon Precision, Inc. incorporates a 5 year lot traceability per job manufactured. This job order will contain operations performed, inspection criteria, material certification, outside processing certification, and all pertinent information on the manufacturing of the components.

Tri-Gon Precision is ISO 9001:2000 compliant and is pursuing ISO Certification.
